POINT
The i-EDA is implemented as the EDA server based on SEMI Interface A. Specification to provide the Equipment Metadata, Event, Exception, SEMI object and Trace data to client. Clients become a FDC, a SPC, and an APC, a R2R or any program based on the Interface A. EasyEDA support the latest releases on SEMI Interface A.
